Understanding that live facilities cannot tolerate extended downtime, the Emerdis engineering and IT teams collaborated directly with the client’s operational division. We executed a seamless, brownfield retrofit, embedding the small-footprint Ultima frame directly onto existing conveyor lines and matching it with running sorter infeeds. The physical installation was executed in parallel with a direct software loop, bridging the system's real-time data output into the hub's active WMS, TMS, and automated sorting control layers without a single hour of operational disruption.
